The Everything Pancake; A clean version of "McDonalds' Mcgriddle"
Ingredients:
1 cup rolled oats
1 tbsp brown rice flour
1 tbsp of greek yogurt
16 drops stevia
1 tsp baking powder
2 egg whites
1/3 cup of unsweetened almond milk
*Mix ingredients in blender.
Pour batter in pan and add diced turkey sausage.
(do not over cook the pancakes if you want a fluffy texture otherwise you'll have something resembling the consistency of cornbread)
add maple syrup...
Top with poached egg.
(Boil water in a pot and drop a raw egg in there like it's hot. Just kidding, be gentle. Once the egg transforms from translucent to opaque, give it another minute or so before taking it out. This step should take about 4 mins. total. Set on a napkin to dry.)
