#Mai/Mayo

My desk makeover is done. I'm feeling like my "woman-cave" is getting closer to becoming a reality. Well, perhaps not so much a cave-more like a "spot"...ha ha.

After sanding and painting this;

I stamped it, changed the drawer pull, glued a couple appliques, and finally applied a protective coat of polyurethane. Voila!
 So what's the first craft made on my brand new desk? Personalized magnets of course. Don't you just love these glass marble magnets?
Awesome.

Here are a few sites I used as a reference in making my very own magnets;
http://www.notmartha.org/tomake/marblemagnets/, and

Enjoy.
